Rental Requirements

• Completed and approved Application

• Identification (Driver's License, DMV Issued ID or Visa/Passport

• Proof of Income (Pay-Stub, Offer Letter, J-1, I-20, Bank Statement or Recent Tax Return)

• Application Fee: $65 Per Person 

• First Month's Rent, Last Month's Rent and $275 Cleaning Fee
